Customer Services Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic full time administrator to join our existing customer services team.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Processing all paperwork relating to orders processed
  • Processing customer orders on in house systems
  • Checking stock on in house system
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints

The person fulfilling this role should be approachable, thorough, methodical, predictable, self-disciplined, patient, logical, careful, diplomatic and conventional in approach. Moderation, consistency and the ability to tie up all the loose ends and finish a job will also be of importance

Technical Draughtsperson
Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be required to:
  • Receive and process sample requests and first time orders.
  • Complete CAD drawings for new product ranges
  • Be actively involved in product costings and quotations.
  • Provide support and advice to other departments regarding technical and related matters

To fulfil this position you should be structured and organised by nature. You should also have the ability to concentrate on things within your area of knowledge and experience.
